LATE ARRIVALS

At Academie Salon, we value our clients time and also our hard working team. Late arrivals can disrupt the workflow of our salon and the ability to deliver the level of standards we expect to our clients. We kindly ask if you are running more than 10 minutes late to your appointment you call the salon so we are aware and can manage the booking accordingly. We will always do our best to accomodate late arrivals but sometimes we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure the next client can have the experience we wish to give to all our clients.

This approach allows us to manage our appointments and schedule efficiently and ensures every client receives a high standard of service during their visit.

CONFIRMATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

Our booking system will automatically send out a text reminder 1 week in advance to your scheduled booking. We kindly request you confirm your booking in a timely manner to avoid the team to follow up your booking. We understand sometimes we pre-book to secure a spot and things come up, so please call us immediately if you wish to move your appointment.

Bookings not confirmed within 48hrs of their scheduled appointment date may be cancelled by our team without notice. We kindly ask if you do not receive a text message reminder to please call us.

Confirmed bookings cancelled within 24hours will be charged at 50% of the service fee and appointment no shows will be charged at 100% of the service fee and the Academie Team have the right to refuse any future bookings for yourself.

REFUNDS AND SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

At Academie Salon, our priority is that our clients always walk away happy. At times miscommunication can occur and we will always try our best to rectify any issues.

We do not offer refunds to any hair service but will always be happy to try and accomodate each client to ensure they are happy with their hair. A complimentary revision appointment will be allocated if any client is not happy within 24hours of their appointment. Any change of mind or change/additional work that was not in the consultation will be charged accordingly.

Any concerns after a 7-day period will be considered a new appointment and will not be complimentary, and will be charged accordingly.

PRICING and CHARGES

Our pricing is a reflection of our teams ongoing training, the use of the highest quality products available on the market and also the ability for us to provide a beautiful space. We ask each client to review the pricing on our website prior to their appointment or to contact us for a quote. We are a proud gender and age neutral salon and all prices are the same for every client.

We kindly ask all patrons and staff of Academie Salon to behave in a respectful manner whilst visiting our salon. Any disruptive or rude behaviour will not be tolerated and you will be kindly asked to leave the salon.
